What if my kid doesn't play sports currently but is looking for a place to work out?
We welcome all levels of athletes, including those new to sports, offering foundational training to build strength, agility, and confidence.
How long is each class?
Each class is designed to maximize training while being mindful of young athletes' needs, typically lasting about an hour.
What should I expect at my first class?
Expect a welcoming environment, an engaging workout tailored to your athlete's level, and a thorough understanding of our program.
Do youth athletes lift weights in class?
Yes, under careful supervision. We emphasize safe, proper technique and gradually introduce weight training as part of our comprehensive program.
What sort of progress can I expect?
We track and measure growth in strength, speed, and agility, ensuring visible progress and development for each athlete.
What's the youngest age that you train?
We offer programs for children as young as 8 years old, focusing on safe, age-appropriate athletic development.
Am I able to choose which classes I/we attend each week?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy life, allowing you to choose the classes that best fit your athlete's development and your schedule.
What happens when I/we attend a free session?
You'll get a comprehensive tour, meet our coaches, experience a class, and receive an Athlete Performance Assessment with no obligation.
